Step 1: Consultation & Quoting: We review your request and provide a professional proposal within 12 hours.
Step 2: Sampling & Confirmation: We create a physical sample for your approval (1-3 weeks).
Step 3: Mass Production: Once the sample is confirmed and a 30% deposit is made, we begin production (7-8 weeks).
Step 4: Quality Control & Delivery: After rigorous final inspection, we arrange shipment of your order.
Yes, we are very startup-friendly and offer flexible MOQs:
Leather Footwear: Typically 480 pairs per style.
PU / Canvas Footwear: Typically 600 pairs per style.
We care more about the total order value (MOA, Min. Order Amount), usually starting at $6,000. We are always willing to discuss solutions to support your first order.
Sampling is a critical step to ensure perfection before bulk production.
Lead Time: It takes 1-3 weeks to create a sample, depending on design complexity and material sourcing.
Cost: The sampling fee is usually 2-3 times the bulk unit price. This fee is fully refundable or credited towards your first mass production order, making it essentially a free service for our long-term partners.
Shipping: It takes about 3-5 days to ship samples from China to most countries, with costs ranging from $20-50 depending on the destination.
We offer full customization to bring your vision to life. You can customize:
Materials: Full-grain leather, suede, PU, microfiber, canvas, recycled fabrics, and more.
Construction: Goodyear Welt, Cemented, Stitch-down, etc.
Components: Custom outsoles (existing or new molds), insoles, hardware, and laces.
Branding: A complete package including logos on insoles, outsoles, dust bags, and custom shoeboxes.
Furthermore, our in-house R&D team develops over 30 new styles monthly, ensuring we are at the forefront of fashion and functional trends.
We guarantee quality through a strict, multi-stage QC system:
Incoming Material Inspection: We inspect all raw materials before they enter production.
In-Process Inspection: Our QC team monitors key stages like cutting, stitching, and assembly.
Final Inspection: Every single pair of shoes undergoes a thorough final inspection before packing.
Our factory is BSCI certified, and many of our products are CE approved. We confidently welcome you or any third-party inspection agency to verify the quality before shipment.
We aim for transparency and reliability in all our business operations.
Production Lead Time: Approximately 7-8 weeks after sample confirmation and deposit payment. This may be longer during peak seasons like the Chinese New Year holiday.
Payment Terms: Our standard term is a 30% deposit to start production, with the 70% balance paid against the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy. We accept Wire Transfers (T/T) and L/C at sight. We are also open to negotiating terms for long-term partnerships.
